Shui On Land has been actively involved in accelerating urban regeneration and city renewals in China since the 1990s. With the pioneering concept of overall planning, the company is facelifting the existing dilapidated areas and building world-class mixed-use communities that offer premium and sophisticated residential, commercial, entertainment, and cultural experiences to meet the goals and future needs of urban development. Further, Shui On Land has also pioneered a new concept in protecting and rejuvenating built heritage, by incorporating local historical and cultural characteristics into the master planning and design of historic buildings, which in turn enables the concurrent preservation and revitalization of a city's signature architecture. Shui On Land has created a new model for urban regeneration in China. This practice has been widely used for reference in the process of urbanization in the Chinese cities. Shui On Construction, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shui On Land, is a reputable construction company based in Shanghai with business that extends to more than 10 cities in the country including Wuhan, Chongqing, Foshan, Shenyang, Guangzhou, Chengdu and Nanjing.
ASSET MANAGEMENT
Shui On Xintiandi, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shui On Land, engages principally in the investment and management of premium and sustainable commercial properties in China. It has one of the largest portfolios of commercial properties in prime locations in Shanghai, including the award-winning Shanghai Xintiandi, and has a strong presence in high-growth cities in China, including Wuhan, Nanjing, Foshan and Chongqing.

Feng Cheng Property Management, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shui On Xintiandi, principally engages in the property management of Grade A office buildings, commercial complex and high-end residential buildings. It has a current management portfolio of over 9.1 million sq.m..
