Located in Shanghai Hongqiao Business District, Panlong Tiandi is adjacent to the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai), with direct access to Hongqiao Hub in just two stops. It is one of the first benchmark projects for the reconstruction of "urban villages" in Shanghai in 2014. With a total floor area of over 500,000 sq.m., the project has planned three functional spaces—the 230,000 sq.m. public green space, the 250,000 sq.m. international residential space, and the future-oriented Jiangnan Xintiandi. Upholding the core philosophy of “Culture, Nature and Future”, Shui On Land has pioneered the concept of urban retreat lifestyle and sustainable community management, improved the business types of Greater Hongqiao Area, and enriched the leisure life consumption experience of residents in the Yangtze River Delta region, making Panlong Tiandi a new window for the world to understand the Jiangnan culture.
