The properties owned by Shui On Land in this project, totaling 109,196 sqm in GFA, consist of a 45-storey Grade A office tower, a 7-storey retail shopping mall, and 278 underground parking spaces. The office tower hosts many Fortune 500 and well-known Chinese and international companies, such as China Merchants Bank, Mercer Investments, Roche Diagnostics, MetLife China, Sumitomo Electric, Toyota Motor, China Merchants Property and KFC.
Building on its brand allure and proven track record of property asset management of over two decades, Shui On Land is planning a transformational uplift of the project. The reinvented project will be branded as Corporate Avenue Xinjiekou (tentative name) , the premium office label of Shui On Land, with the aspiration to become a landmark in Nanjing’s central business district, a Grade A office tower that incorporates the most innovative ideas and sets the trend of high-end office building in the city. The commercial part will be elevated and repositioned as “a lifestyle hub for next-generation youth” that will mirror the core elements of XINTIANDI. The project will be reshaped around a diverse mix of business models that emphasize both creativity and quality and re-emerge as a brand-new cultural and social destination in Nanjing.
