With a staffing of over 250, Shui On Construction Co., Ltd. is qualified for first-class general construction contracting of housing projects, first-class installation projects of electromechanical equipment, first-class architectural decoration and renovation projects as well as second-class ground and foundation project. Shui On Construction Co., Ltd. is accredited for GB/T19001 quality management system since 2004 as well as GB/T19001, GB/T24001 and GB/T28001, a system of certification of management on quality, environment and occupational health and safety since 2006.
Based in Shanghai, the business of Shui On Construction Co., Ltd. extends to over 10 cities in the Nation including Wuhan, Chongqing, Foshan, Shenyang, Guangzhou, Chengdu and Nanjing. Shui On Construction Co., Ltd. also provides project management services with successes in projects including Shanghai Shengbang Mansion and Chengdu Centropolitan.
