Casa Lakeville Records Excellent Sales
Mid-summer Cocktail Party Held for Existing and New Clients
On 2 June, Casa Lakeville, or Lakeville Phase 3 was open for sale, launching No. 1, 2 and 10 residential buildings with a total of 241 units measuring from 89 to 427 square metres priced at RMB70,000-100,000 per square metre. The launch drew immediate attention of high-end clients at home and from abroad especially buyers from Hong Kong and Taiwan. Since the opening for sale on 2 June, as many as 120 units have been sold. To publicise Casa Lakeville’s brilliant sales performance and show our appreciation of the concern of the clients and media, Shui On Land arranged a tour for 50 local and overseas media and organised a “Casa Lakeville Mid-summer Cocktail Party” at the clubhouse of Lakeville Regency.
Led by Shui On Land’s Managing Director Mr. Aloysius Lee and Director of Projects Mr. Hui Shing Sun, visitors entered three Casa Lakeville show flats decorated in modern, minimalist style with the lake by Xintiandi as background. The media also took this opportunity to experience the elitist lifestyle that “life itself is charm”. Afterwards, the press were updated of the latest development status of the Taipingqiao Redevelopment Project.
At night, Mr. Lo and socialites such as members of Wai Yin Association, a renowned charitable organisation in Hong Kong, attended the mid summer cocktail party. The most momentous episode of the programme was the warm and powerful charity auction for Sichuan earthquake victims jointly held by Shui On Land, Wai Yin Association and Q-LUXURY. As a highly responsible corporate citizen, Shui On Land gained generous support from party guests and the media and raised RMB1 million. All the funds will be donated to Women Roundtable Fund (巾帼圆桌基金) of Shanghai Charity Foundation.
