Shui On Land Pre-opened Chongqing Tiandi‧Riviera

The construction of Chongqing Tiandi, a redevelopment project in Hualong Bridge area planned by Shui On Land, has been successful. Riviera, the first residential project in Chongqing Tiandi, was open for visiting on January 20. It is designed taking full consideration into its geographical features, taking advantage of the hillside landscape to create an interlaced layout of the structure uniquely characterized by natural space.

Riviera is composed of 12 residential buildings ranging from 14 to 31 stories, boasting a total gross floor area of 140,000 square metres, an 18 percent building density and a 38 percent green ratio. There are a total of finely decorated 784 units with sizes ranging from 70 to 400 square metres. The sale of Riviera is scheduled for March.
