Dalian:

Dalian Tiandi:
"Dalian Tiandi" is an integrated mix-use development set in the scenic city of Dalian, located in China's northeast Liaoning Province. With an eye toward a sustainable future, this ground-breaking project spares nothing in paving the way for realizing a modern, self-sustained urban community fully meeting the daily needs of its citizens in matters of work, living, learning to leisure entertainment. Dalian Tiandi's natural, eco-friendly environment is designed as perfect setting for ideal living in Northeast Asia. Dalian Tiandi, situated at the midpoint of South Lvshun Road Software Industry Belt, extends across a 12.5 kilometer range. It features a total planned area of 26.5 square kilometers with a gross floor area of 3.54 million square meters, and is envisioned as a superb new urban centre attracting some 30 billion RMB in investment. The full Dalian Tiandi development, launched in 2007, is set to achieve build-out in the year 2020, a time at which the community's living and working population is estimated to reach 300,000.
