Dalian:

Located on the southern tip of Liaodong peninsula in Northeast China and surrounded by the sea, Dalian has a superb geographical location and serves as an important marine gateway of Northeast China, North China, East China and the whole world. It is also closely linked with Japan, Korea and Russia.

Dalian is a renowned economic hub in Northeast China and also the first industrialized region in Asia. Having started its modernization and infrastructure as early as in the 20th century, Dalian has now become the largest industrial base and also the center of finance, foreign exchange trade, shipping transportation and international logistics in Northeast China.

Dalian is the first-ever city in China winning the "Global 500" by the United Nations Environment Programmes and has also been awarded the "CCTV 2004 China Cities with the Most Economic Vitality".

During the course of revitalizing the old industrial base of Northeast China by the Dalian Municipal Government, our new flagship project, "Dalian TiandiSoftware Hub", is ready to firmly seize the opportunity. In the government's "Dalian Old Industrial Base Revitalization Plan", the core strategy for Dalian is striving for "One Center, Four Bases", which aims to transform Dalian to be an international shipping center, large-scale petrochemical industrial base, electronic information products and software base, advanced equipment manufacturing base as well as ships construction base. The electronic information products and software industry will bear great significance in the future development of Dalian.

Dalian TiandiSoftware Hub:

"Dalian TiandiSoftware Hub", situated in the southwest of Dalian, is the only large-scale integrated development in Dalian consisting of office buildings, information technology and software center, business apartments, deluxe residential homes and education. Its mission is to become a leading international service center for the Information Technical Outsourcing (ITO) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies. With a buildable gross floor area of approximately 3.541 million upon completion, "Dalian TiandiSoftware Hub" will provide a world-class platform for the international companies by seamlessly integrating with the fast-growing software industries in Dalian.

Major features include:

	"Dalian TiandiSoftware Hub" is the Phase II of Dalian Software Hub. Dalian Software Hub Phase I, which has successfully introduced 340 software companies and among which 32 are Fortune 500 companies, has become the settling base for the international renowned IT companies.
	"Dalian TiandiSoftware Hub" is an integrated development, comprising a software hub, commercial and retail properties, residential, educational, outdoor recreation and environmental facilities, as well as other public amenities. The project will be completed in 6 phases.
	Being developed on an approximately 633 hectares site, the project will have a buildable gross floor area of approximately 3.541 million sq.m. upon completion.
