[Hong Kong, 1 February 2007] – Shui On Land Limited ("Shui On Land" or the "Company") (HKSE: 272) announced today that Mr. Wilfred Y.W. Wong has tendered his resignation as Vice-Chairman and Chief Operating Officer, and is leaving the Company to pursue other interests.

Commenting on the move, Shui On Land's Chairman and CEO, Mr. Vincent H.S. Lo, said, "Wilfred has contributed to Shui On Land's development into the leading property company in the Chinese Mainland. After six years as a senior colleague and friend we are sad to see him leave, but he does so with our best wishes for continued success."

Mr. Wong leaves Shui On Land with effect from 1 May 2007.
