The Lakeville Regency unveils its brand new clubhouse at Mid Autumn Party

Since the launch of The Lakeville Regency at the beginning of this year, nearly 60% of its units have been sold. To celebrate the handover of residential units to buyers and as a token of our appreciation for their support, Shui On Land has organized a special house-warming party at The Lakeville Regency.

On 14th October, a “Mid Autumn Party” was held on the premises, and the newly-built residential clubhouse and brand new show units were also unveiled. The clubhouse received high praises from the guests for its classical and distinguished design style. Similarly, guests were fascinated by the elegance and remarkable quality of the show units. Wonderful performances including Jazz dancing, Brazil drumbeats and a concert by special guests created an elegant and fashionable atmosphere that evening.

Around 30 mainstream media from Shanghai, Hong Kong and Taiwan were invited to visit the project, whilst media from Taiwan had the opportunity to interview Mr. Lo.

The Lakeville Regency features Art Deco designs within a French-style landscape. “Club Regency”, the newly-completed resident clubhouse with a GFA of 7,000 square metres, is the largest clubhouse in the downtown residential district. One of the key features of the clubhouse is a multi-function sports hall which occupies an area of 1,300 square metres. Its comprehensive facilities also include an indoor rock climbing wall and a 25-metre indoor heated swimming pool. Residents can enjoy all kinds of sports at anytime.

CBN KIC Connect Forum

Various activities took to the stage in the Piazza at KIC in October, including the “CBN KIC Connect Forum” jointly organized by CBN and KIC on 21st and 22nd October. The two-day forum attracted around 40 media to report on the event as well as thousands of aspiring entrepreneurs and university students to attend.

Based on “innovation and entrepreneurship”, the forum aimed to encourage the younger generation to realize their dreams with innovation and passion. Successful entrepreneurs, including Chairman and CEO Mr. Vincent Lo, Mr. Andrew Y. Yan, Managing Partner at Softbank Asia Infrastructure Fund, and Mr. Tang Jun, President of Shanda Interactive Entertainment Limited, were brought together to share their experiences. They enlightened the audience on topics such as entrepreneurial development. Mr. Lo’s entrepreneurial spirit and success drew huge applause from the audience.

The forum was recorded and produced into two TV programs of about 40 minutes each and will be broadcast on CBN TV channel.
