Block 16 at Rainbow City Phase II Achieves Remarkable Sales
Since the launch of block 16 at Rainbow City Phase II on 2nd September, it has achieved good sales. Almost all of the 123 units put on the market have been sold.

On 20th September, the Xintiandi 2006 Autumn/Winter Fashion Campaign was held at Xintiandi’s North Block, showing the new season’s fashion and reflecting Shanghai Xintiandi’s new image as “Shanghai’s living room”. 
In the evening, the stage backdrop was adorned in red, grey and white, furnishing with a beautiful chandelier, wooden Chinese chair and lamps, providing a unique “living room style” space. Top models were dressed in clothes from the 2006 Autumn/Winter collection of our fashion tenants in Shanghai Xintiandi and Corporate Avenue. The Xintiandi 2006 Autumn/Winter fashion campaign is the second large-scale fashion show organized by Shanghai Xintiandi since 2005, and it is one of the most well-known branded fashion events in Xintiandi.
