1. Assist in inspecting the civil construction and installation.
2. Check the quality of civil equipments and assist in acceptance tests, handover and maintenance.
3. Attend regular project meeting, perform related documentation with consultants and contractors.
4. Review electrical and mechanical design and other coordination work.

3. Review and analyze the technical documents and materials and equipments and facilities submitted by construction company, work with relevant parties on various project inspection.
4. Other project management works.
5. Execute cooperate ISO9001 Quality Management System and related works.

Qualification:
1. University degree or above majoring in civil engineer or construction management or related.
2. Over 3 years working experience in construction company or real estate developer is preferred.

Responsible for achieve the highest quality, innovative, government approved master plans within budget. Develop and maintain the good relationship with the consultants, authorities or other relevant parties. Collaborate with project companies.
1. Review planning & urban design to ensure that the project is in line with the vision of the project.
2. Procure and supervise design and related consultant teams to ensure design to achieve in the required level of quality, schedule and budget of projects.
3. Select the appropriate consultants to achieve project objectives.
4. Coordinate with local officials in preparation of property portfolio for perusal of management and business partners, and in obtain various approvals from design construction.

2. Good communication, planning/organization, inter-personal skills.

1. Draft bidding and contract documents, review related documents from consultant company.
2. Attend the bidding meeting and prepare the bidding analysis report.
3. Familiar with contract terms and conditions offered to us, and provide advice on contractual issues to supervisor.
4. Attend on-site project meeting, understand and follow up the related works.
5. Prepare the monthly project budget report and cash flow budget report.
6. Execute cooperate ISO9001 Quality Management System and related works.

2. Coordinate with owner, consultant, contractor, government civil service and facility department to ensure the project within specific time frames.
3. Assist in sub-contract preparation and bidding related work to ensure overall quality of sub-contractor construction.
4. Work closely with QS department to supervise and evaluate project fee, report and update project general manager related issues.
5. Coordinate and maintain the good relationship with the government officials in civil service and facility department and on-site construction department.
6. Supervise the on-site safety and security of contractor to meet the company requirements.
7. Supervise the supervision company to achieve the high quality standard and requirements.
8. Execute cooperate ISO9001 Quality Management System and related works.
