Following the ground breaking ceremony of Hankou Tiandi in Wuhan on 16th February, piling work for the project’s first phase (including Lots A4 and A9) officially began on 25th March, marking the commencement of substantial construction. The piling work on Lot A7 will begin in October.
Lot A4, an integrated development, will comprise office buildings, a luxury hotel and F&B, entertainment and retail facilities. Taking Wuhan’s history and culture as well as sustainable development into full consideration, it will preserve and restore nine historical buildings, incorporating new architecture and modern facilities. Upon completion, they will become Wuhan’s new landmark.
Lots A9 and A7 are both high-end residential developments. In each lot, high- and medium-rise residential buildings will be built in a circle with greenery space in the middle. The 33-storey residential buildings will offer full views of the Yangzte River and Hankou Tiandi.
