Rui Hong Xin Cheng (Rainbow City) spans a total area of 40 hectares with a gross floor area (GFA) of approximately 1.6 million square meters. Conveniently located near the North Sichuan Road business district and a number of Shanghai’s leading universities, it is served by metro lines 4, 8 and 10.

It’s 200,000 sq.m. of GFA includes 13,000 sq.m. of central green space, a 30,000 sq.m. shopping mall (Rui Hong Lifestyle Square), a 4,500 sq.m. club house and an underground parkade with 460 parking spaces. Phase 2 is accessible by metro line 4’s Linping Road station.
Phase 3 is located at 333 Ruihong Road and features 248 units in two high-rise towers with a site area of 5,800 sq.m. and a GFA of approximately 45,000 sq.m.. Phase 3 also includes a 1700 sq.m. retail area, an exclusive 800 sq.m. clubhouse and an underground parkade with about 130 parking spaces. The affiliated No. 1 high school of Southeast China Normal University is nearby. Phase 3 was handed over to residents in June 2010.
