Welcome to Shui On Land
Shanghai Xintiandi

Situated in the heart of downtown Shanghai, Xintiandi is just one block south of the prestigious Huai Hai Zhong Road and its Metro station at Huangpi Nan Road.

Shanghai Xintiandi echoes a post-modern 'yesterday-meets-tomorrow' design concept, preserving early 20th century Shikumen buildings in a modern setting. The North Block of Shanghai Xintiandi won the 2003 Award for Excellence from the US-based Urban Land Institute and is the first project in the Chinese Mainland to receive this international award.

This internationally acclaimed restoration area, which covers a gross floor area of 57,000 sq.m. houses some of Shanghai's top restaurants, bars, shops and boutiques. Shui On Land has also set up its own hotel, restaurant, clubhouses and gift shop at Shanghai Xintiandi, all of which reflect the company's dedication to excellence and service:

88 Xintiandi, a luxury boutique hotel located in the South Block of Xintiandi, offers personalized services and facilities to provide guests with unparalleled comfort

One Xintiandi, situated in the North Block, is a private clubhouse that receives VIP guests including Chinese and foreign officials and is a regular venue for Shui On's meetings and conferences

One Xintiandi also offers catering services for special business functions and private parties

Together with the French winery, Chateau Petrus, Shanghai Xintiandi produces a number of fine wines that are supplied to tenants of Xintiandi and Xihu Tiandi and are also available in the gift shop

Each piece of merchandise in the Xintiandi Gift Shop incorporates traditional Chinese elements and the distinct aura of Shanghai's colourful history
