KIC Village Phase 2 launches for sale

KIC Village Phase 2 was officially opened for sale in early November, immediately attracting the interest of university professors, white collars and professionals such as architects and accountants.

Flats launched this time include one- to four-room, fully-decorated units with elevators, each measuring 60 to 200 sq.m. Their split-level design allows for flexible layout to meet the needs of customers in different stages of life. Along with the style of the first phase in building a harmonious habitat, the second phase features a low-density garden-courtyard design that strives to create an ideal living environment.
