Wuhan:
Wuhan, known as the "Homeland of White Clouds and Yellow Cranes", is the capital of Hubei Province and one of the largest cities in China. The Han River joins the Yangtze River here, thus dividing the city into three towns: Hankou, Hanyang and Wuchang. Wuhan's strategic location makes it an important transportation hub in central China.
Wuhan has grown into a centre of industry, finance, commerce, science and education in central China. With the well established steel and automobile industries as the backbone for development, Wuhan will soon become an international metropolis thriving in commerce, finance, science and technology.
Wuhan Tiandi:
Wuhan Tiandi located in the Yongqing area of Hankou in Wuhan, this city-core redevelopment project is situated on the Yangtze River front with an unrivalled view of scenic Jiangtan Park.
With a planned gross floor area of 1.45 million sq.m. upon completion, the mixed-use redevelopment project comprises two major sites – Site A will be developed into modern office buildings, retail/ F&B and entertainment facilities with some residential properties. There will also have a landmark building reaching the commanding height of 320 metres. Site B will contain mainly residential units and retail facilities. Nine historical buildings will be restored to preserve their traditional architectural styles while injecting new life into them.
