The Riviera of Chongqing Tiandi sells well

The Riviera of Chongqing Tiandi was launched for sale on 21 March and well received by the market with over 300 units, or 80% of the units, sold on that day. The project has attracted high-end customers including senior executives and businessmen based in Chongqing.

Third CEO Speaker’s Series on “The Global Financial Crisis and Its Implications for Shui On”

The third CEO Speaker’s Series staff development programme was successfully held on 24 March. The guest speakers for this session, entitled “The Global Financial Crisis and Its Implications for SOL”, were Professor Wang Jian, Secretary-General of China Society of Macroeconomics, and Professor Michael J. Enright, Director of Enright, Scott & Associates. They thoroughly discussed the global financial situation, its impacts on China and the property markets with Chairman Mr. Vincent Lo and management colleagues. HR will organise video sharing session for those who were unable to attend on that day.
