Rui Hong Xin Cheng is located in the centre of Shanghai’s prestigious "golden triangle", formed by the Bund, North Bund and Lujiazui business districts . Rui Hong Xin Cheng Phase 1, completed in 2003, is located at 333 Linping Road and features about 1,700 units in ten 31 to 39-storey high-rise towers. Covering an area of 42,000 sq.m., Phase 1 has a GFA of approximately 190,000 sq.m. that includes 12,000 sq.m. green space, a 5,000 sq.m. shopping mall, a 2,500 sq.m. fitness club, a kindergarten and an underground parkade with about 230 parking spaces.

Completed in 2006, Rui Hong Xin Cheng Phase 2 is located at 133 Linping Road and features about 1,700 units in 13 high-rise towers with 39-storey each. With a site area of about 45,000 sq.m., and a total GFA of about 200,000 sq.m., it includes 13,000 sq.m. central green space, a 30,000 sq.m. shopping mall (Rui Hong Lifestyle Square), a 4,500 sq.m. clubhouse and an underground parkade with 460 parking spaces. Metro line 4’s Linping Road station is within Phase 2 area.

Rui Hong Xin Cheng Phase 3 (Lot 8) is located at 383 Ruihong Road and features 248 units in one 39-storey high-rise tower with a total site area of 5,800 sq.m. and a GFA of approximately 45,000 sq.m..

Phase 3 also includes a 1700 sq.m. retail area, an exclusive 800 sq.m. clubhouse and an underground parkade with about 130 parking spaces. The affiliated No. 1 high school of East China Normal University is close to the community. All units at Phase 3 were handed over in June 2010.

Rui Hong Xin Cheng Phase 4 is located at 181 Tianbao Road, with a site area of about 18,000 sq.m. and a GFA of 107,000 sq.m.. It includes two 37-storey and two 39-storey residential towers, as well as 10,000 sq.m. supporting retail amenities. The residential towers primarily offer two and three bedroom units ranging 80-140 sq.m. Tower 6 features exclusive customized apartments which provide five layout options to tailor-make for buyers’ preferences, namely, "Modern", "Warm", "Elegant", "Classic" and "Minimalist".
